At IWI Tours & Travels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel bookings for vehicles or tour packages by contacting us via email or phone.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the notice period before the scheduled travel date:

More than 7 days prior: Full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

3–7 days prior: 50% refund.

Less than 3 days prior: No refund, unless otherwise specified in special cases.

2. Cancellation by IWI Tours & Travels

In rare cases, if we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Any banking or transaction charges are non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds for force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
